ex. Philadelphia Academy of Natural Sciences, William S. Vaux Collection #21129. Steve Behling of the Collector's Edge writes: The Academy funded several expeditions to localities in South America and undoubtedly this piece was picked up on one of the expeditions in the 1920's.
